This Edwardian property, now a family home but once a political office for Churchill, came with a unique set of design challenges relating to ceiling height and issues surrounding extraction that had to be overcome as part of the process.
The client had a clear vision for the kitchen and worked closely with Sinead to ensure that the colour palette for the kitchen sat harmoniously in the Edwardian setting and with the heritage colours throughout the property. The solid walnut tall cabinets echo the wall panelling in the adjacent dining room and help to create a seamless link between the property’s past and its present. The clean lines and the calm colour palette of the kitchen contrast beautifully with the colourfully patterned and unique items of furniture elsewhere in the house.
