On May 27, 2014, bulthaup received the Gold Architects Partner Award for 2013. This is the fifth occasion that architecture magazines AIT and xia have honoured companies who have been outstanding partners to Germany's architects and interior designers.
849 businesses were nominated across ten categories in the construction industry. The nominees were selected by 2,021 architects and interior designers within the scope of an open online survey. The survey was conducted in association with the Marketing Department of the University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart. AIT and xia's aim is to improve the quality of advice provided by architects, and to drive excellence in the profession. The awards ceremony took place on May 27, 2014 at the AIT ArchitekturSalon in Cologne. On behalf of the architecture and interior design communities, AIT and xia presented awards to the top ten businesses in ten categories.
