This family kitchen has elements of both integrated b1 & free-standing b2 and is a perfect example of how these two kitchen styles can work together.

The retention of the big old fireplace as well as the stripped oak wooden floor was paramount to the client and so we worked around these two elements to provide a bright and airy space in what is a beautiful period North London home.

The oak b2 pantry cabinet with built in coffee machine, warming drawer and freezer, serves the client well and is a feature element to the space.

The extractor is built into a bulkhead over the island which allows the view to the garden to be uninterrupted. The use of white quartz worktops bounces the light in what was previously quite a dark room.

The Miele appliances add finesse and functionality and the double backed island gives the essential storage required
